I have used the eXp Agent Referrals system for 3 or 4 referrals so far and it couldn't be any easier! It takes out the back and forth of figuring out the other agents broker, getting the email to your broker, etc. I would recommend to anyone needed referral forms.

This is just one part of a much larger and more streamlined internal referral process we are creating to help eXp agents quickly find the right eXp agent for their referral, sign an agreement, effortlessly track its progress from start to finish, and GET PAID the agreed upon percent. Yes, we worked with eXp Brokerage Ops, US & Global teams, and legal to make a single referral agreement that can be used for any inside eXp referral — across residential and commercial, and across all borders!

Yes, this new and official eXp referral form is for inside/internal referrals only.

The referral agreement is generated and the e-sign process begins! DropBox Sign (HelloSign) will send it to your email first, so be on the lookout. Once you sign, it is distributed to the other signing parties (the receiving agent and the respective brokers). You will get an email notification once the agreement is fully signed and executed. Voila, you’ve just done a referral!

At this time, you can search our eXp Agent Directory to quickly find the right agent for your referral. However, we are working on additional, agent only tools to further aid in the internal eXp referral process.
