In the winter, park in the plowed area at the gate and ride a snowmobile or snowcat in. Multiple flat areas allow for parking machinery, toys, and trailers, or room for additional buildings. Each cabin is solar powered with backup generators, propane tanks, a shared spring well, and septic tanks.
