This property brought to you by the Ross County Land Reutilization Corporation (Ross County Land Bank). Established in 2016 as a means to reduce the number of vacant and blighted properties in the City. Vacant and blighted properties attract crimes and lead to a number of problems for the community including lowered property values on neighboring homes and decreased tax revenue for the County. The Land Bank acquires properties headed for foreclosure proceedings or those sitting vacant and through either demolition or rehabilitation, improves the properties and makes them usable. The Land Bank Board reserves the right to consider the highest and best offers based on the proposed use that best fit the goals of the Land Bank.
