The renovations of the two homes should be complete and signed off by the city by about July 30. Seller has submitted a permit application to turn the garage into an ADU. Seller has hired a civil engineer to split the property into 3 lots: 1 lot with the west house 1 lot with the east house including garage. Garage being turned into 1BR ADU. 1 or 2 vacant lots. This process takes 8-12 months and is not guaranteed.
