Former high school built in 1914; addition added in 1950's w/auditorium & gymnasium. Original gym floor (currently protected by thick plywood) where Dean Smith learned to play basketball under his father as coach. Newer windows throughout; many large with a view. Original tile flooring in original building and glass floor entry. Wide hallways and staircases; operational elevator. Was under construction to be a 87 room hotel-convention center; plans available.
