A new septic system was installed to accommodate a five-bedroom home. Beaver Lakes Estates community has 2 private fishing lakes stocked with trout yearly. If the 5-bedroom house isn't large enough, you can rent 1 of 3 community cabins downhill at a nominal fee. The neighborhood also offers a clubhouse for members' use, 6 RV sites with a 30 amp electric hookup, & a shower house. Beaver Lakes Estates is 3 miles up Empire Gulch; a full-time caretaker lives in the community. He maintains the common area in the community & ensures you have year-round access to the homes in the developments.
