Situated on the top of the Wasatch Plateau mountain range and surrounded by the 1.4 million acre Manti-LaSal National Forest, this ranch ranges in elevation from 8, 000 ft to over 9, 500 ft with landscape is dominated by large healthy aspen stands, dense pine stands, and large alpine meadows. Numerous springs and small creeks, including over 1/2 mile of Cabin Hollow Creek, and 1/4 mile of Gooseberry Creek run directly through the ranch. Numerous water rights included, including rare high elevation irrigation rights. Near the well-stocked Gooseberry Reservoir. The elk and deer hunting on the ranch is some of the most premium in central Utah. An additional 2, 082 acres of adjoining land is also available.
