There is a full bath on the main level as well as a laundry room and the main bedroom. The basement is a walkout with only an outside entrance. It is set up to be it's own little apartment for guests. It needs a little more finish work, but all of the hard stuff is done. This cabin built in 1998 is complete with modern electric, modern plumbing, it's own water well and a modern septic system. There are tons of trail heads for hiking, Lake San Isabel for fishing and kayaking, all of the things that you want to do in Colorado are here. The lot across the road is also available to purchase.
