This property is located approx. 3 miles north of New London and within the NLS school district. The general area is a mixture of mature woods, wetlands and grasslands. This property would also make for a great place to build your future dream country estate as far off the road as you would desire. The neighbor to the North has an easement over the existing driveway that runs through this property already which you may be able to tap off of. Speaking of building, the zoning on the property is in “A-2 General Ag. District” which according to the county, will allow for up to 4 building eligibilities on a quarter/quarter section so multiple development lots are a possibility as well (buyer to check with the zoning dept. as far as any building confirmations and applicable zoning ordinances specifically to this property and their desired use). If building is desired to be done immediately and assuming one would want to do so within the CRP area, potential to pull some areas out (with payback and penalty) to accommodate this.
