This homes sits on a large quiet bay so you don't have all the noise and traffic of being on the main lake. Large first floor master has magnificent views of the lake. Open layout kitchen will sure to please the chef in your family. They will be part of the activities. Soaring great room, eat in breakfast nook and another bedroom upstairs all have wonder views of the lake. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with a small nook area. Huge basement with bar area. Make it your man cave or an additional family recreation room. Lots of storage in separate back rooms. An additional area can be made into a fourth bedroom, study, or craft room. There is a narrow room in the basement that could be turned into a wine cellar. Tull Lake is a limited all sports lake. What that means is no noisy jet skis are allowed. You can have up to a 17 foot speed boat with a ninety horse motor or a 22 foot pontoon. This is a lake where you don't have to worry about your kids being out on the boat alone. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. The association has good rules so you won't see junky stuff being stored next door. This lake has a subdivision feel so you will see people walking by themselves, with their pets, or with their kids. It is about a two mile circle (road) around the lake. Great for riding a bike too. I lived on the lake in the sub and loved it! This is a very friendly lake community and the association has different events in the summer.
