A very nice space for your business. The location is on the right side of Little Caesar''s.This spot was previously a tattoo shop, so it already has cubicles in place for your tattoo artists. You are welcome to set your space, however you would like You may remove the cubicles to your own liking. Come check out this great location space, located in the College Park Shopping Center. It will be a triple net lease agreement. All repairs or maintenance inside the space will be the tenant's responsibility. Tenant will be responsible for all maintenance outside the space, taxes and insurance split four ways with the other tenants in the shopping center. Tenant will need to carry insurance themselves, as well, with SFW RICHMOND LLC as a loss payee.
