Hey there! I’m 260 W. Washington St., and I’m so excited to be back on the market, ready to meet my new owner! I’ve been holding it down here in historic South Baton Rouge since 2008, and trust me, living in this area has been amazing! I’ve been a money-maker from day one, helping my last owners make some serious cash, and now I’m ready to do the same for you!
