This ideal location provides a great balance of rural serenity and urban convenience. Additional info: This home has had over 300k invested into rebuilding it. It's built better than most new construction homes. It's built like a pole barn where the roof is held in place by treated 4x6 post and cinderblock holds the outside walls up. For adding strength, a layer of brick was added outside of the cinderblock making the walls of the crawlspace over 11 inches thick and the exterior walls over 6 inches thick. All the piers for the floors are mortar/ cinderblock on top of 4000 psi concrete. Pressure treated joist and hangers were then installed on top and black plastic was laid down making this a worry-free crawl space. Premium 23/32-inch-thick tongue and groove subfloor was installed on top with all new framing. All the plumbing has been replaced with worry free pex and new pvc was installed for the drains. A new water was installed as well as a 1500-gallon septic tank was installed and is permitted for a 4 bedroom with a garbage disposal. (This home has a garbage disposal) All the electrical is new including a new breaker panel, wiring, outlets, switches, lights etc. All the walls have new insulation throughout including the garage. The entire A/C and heating is new including and new duct work vents, etc. The attic has new blown in R-38 insulation throughout house and garage. All the dry wall is new. All the windows are new and are Low-E. New doors and trim throughout as well as new Lifeproof LVP flooring. New cabinets, granite countertops with a sink that has a built-in cutting board (very fancy). The roof has all new osb sheathing, architectural shingles and comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. The outside porches ceiling has reclaimed metal from a metal warehouse and is 22 gauge. The exterior is hardi-plank siding that will last forever. The back deck is huge and overlooks a cow pasture (no smell) and dressage train arena. A great place to have a cup of tea and watch the cow's graze. The lean to in the middle of the yard was an old shed converted but can be enclosed to make a perfect she-shed. Garage has high voltage car charger outlet. The last 10 photos are pictures taken of remodel.
