An old railroad tram runs along the northern side of the property creating a wildlife and access corridor. Multiple creek systems flow through the property including Six Mile Creek, Pollard Branch and Blue Branch creating unique wildlife habitat. Access is available with Dido Loop Road cutting across the southwestern corner (where some utilities can be found to allow for camp-home site potential within Vernon Parish School District) and from the end of Larry Cook Road on the north side.
