This property overlooks Rockwood and the whole valley below and sets high on the ridge. From the access road to the bluff there are level areas to build on. Since there is no utilities in the area, it may best be used an awesome camp spot for the family. A little camping or hunting lodge would be appropriate for the land use. I would suggest using a 4x4 to gain access to the property. There are a few mud holes on the dirt road that will prohibit a 2 wheel drive vehicle access to the lot. I drive a 2 wheel drive and had to park it and walk in because the mud holes were too threatening for my car. The drive and view of the valley below is breathtaking and serene, wonderful experience. You will pass Dry Hill lot of 9.6 Acres for sale on the same road. One lot separates the two lots. Both lots are owned by the same seller.
