One Saturday afternoon, a lively young couple set off on their weekend adventure to explore the diverse multi-cultural restaurants on Buford Highway. They had a tradition of trying out new cuisines every week. That day, they stopped by a Vietnamese café, eagerly diving into steaming bowls of pho and crispy banh mi. With their bellies full and hearts happy, they started scrolling through their Zillow feed, when what should pop up but the sweetest home they ever had seen, only seconds away. "Oh Darling!" the husband exclaimed with excitement. "Let's go take a quick look at this precious mid-century modest brick bungalow! I’ve always wanted to live in Northwoods, and look at this price!? He pulled up the mortgage calculator, crunched some numbers and exclaimed: “We would be paying less in rent and actually building equity if we lived at 3426 Raymond Dr, instead of our sad cramped apartment!?” They thanked their server, hopped into their car, and headed towards Northwoods. When they arrived, they saw a line out the door. Apparently, all of Atlanta had been scrolling through Zillow that afternoon. Nevertheless, they made their way to the front porch and pushed past the red front door. And then it happened - time stood still. Everything felt as if it were in slow motion and the people disappeared. It was just the two of them, standing motionless as they took in every detail. The polished floors, the crisp white walls, everything felt fresh, even the sea foam original bathroom was pure magic. The house wasn't big, it wasn't boastful. It was elegant and harmonious.
