HOA dues take care of common electricity, power to the unit, building insurance/maintenance, pest control, high-speed internet with expanded cable tv including HBO, Showtime, and NFL Network, all reserves, grounds, pools, water, sewer, and garbage service. An on-site restaurant with a bar area is next door.
