Rushing Clear Creek greets your ears as you pull up to the graded clearing where a cabin is under construction and awaits finish work. The north side has vistas of mountains and woods, and one can just glimpse Our Lady of the Rockies on the distant ridge line. Clear Creek weaves in and out of the southern boundary of this 22-1/2 acre timbered property with pools of still water and tumbling cascades over rocks, as well.
