Dear Landlord… I’m finally moving! My renting days are over and I feel compelled to bid you farewell in my own special way. See, I’ve found the perfect townhome on the edge of Grimes and I can’t pass it up. It’s an end unit with 2 good-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a big living room/kitchen. It’s bright and roomy with lots of windows plus vaulted ceilings upstairs. There’s even a deck off the living room. The kitchen comes with all of the appliances and there’s a huge pantry. I appreciate your attempts to keep the laundry machines working, but I’m getting a high-end washer/dryer of my own. Although the rent checks I gave you may be long gone, there’s no time like the present for me to start making good financial decisions.
