If you are looking for a good deal with a little work required, this is for you. A large single wide mobile home with three bedrooms two baths, a laundry room kitchen and living room. It has two intact bathrooms only needing one toilet replaced and your good to go. The sinks and vanity cabinets are very nice. The kitchen has a nice set of cabinets and and newer counter top. One drawer has come apart but the parts are there to glue back together. There's an electric stove and dishwasher and a very nice double stainless sink and faucet. Most walls are good except some damage in one room done while moving. When they removed the carpet, they discovered some subflooring in need of repair. It appears the supports are all still good, just the subfloor particle board has gotten wet
