Beautiful lake lot overlooking quiet and pristine Lake Osprey, in the Shores of Osprey development. We purchased this lot 19 years ago with the intention to build. But, we ended up buying a cabin on the nearby Chippewa Flowage. So, our dream can now become your dream! The lake is deep and clear with excellent for bass, panfish, and even an occasional Musky so I am told. The lot is elevated with a great view of the lake with spectacular sunsets. Because this is not a large lake it is excellent for small boats, canoes or paddle boards. Not a lot of boat traffic. The bay we are on has sandy bottom and is full of panfish in the spring. I included some pics from the area. We are located near Round and Little Round Lake, Round lake Marina, bars and restaurants and the snowmobile trail. Ride to your cabin! Hayward is an easy 15 min drive. Or, boat the famed Chippewa Flowage, only 6 miles to a public launch. This would be a great lot to build a walk out cabin on. Broker owned.
